The DS 4 has been renamed DS N°4 and received a significant facelift for 2025. This name change aligns with DS Automobiles’ new branding strategy, aiming to create a more cohesive and sophisticated model lineup. The updated DS N°4 features a refreshed design, including a redesigned grille, illuminated logo, Matrix LED headlights, and new wheels. Inside, it offers premium materials, a new infotainment system with ChatGPT integration, a head-up display, and a high-end Focal sound system.
Powertrain options include mild-hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and the anticipated fully electric E-Tense version, delivering 213 hp and up to 450 km of range. The model emphasizes craftsmanship and technology, positioning itself as a direct competitor to premium SUVs like the BMW iX. It’s set to launch in September 2024. Despite its refined appeal, rear seat space remains limited. Overall, this move is seen as bold and necessary for the brand to stand out in the competitive luxury crossover market.
