e-Vitara’s HEARTECT-e Platform: The Foundation of Electrification

The 2025 e-Vitara uses the innovative HEARTECT-e platform, specially designed for electric vehicles. This base ensures efficient space utilization, resulting in balanced dimensions: 4,275 mm long, 2,700 mm wheelbase, 1,640 mm high, and 1,800 mm wide. This structure optimizes weight distribution and improves driving dynamics, while providing a spacious and comfortable interior.

The adoption of the HEARTECT-e platform is key to the e-Vitara’s efficiency. It not only supports the vehicle’s structure but also allows for the ideal integration of electrical components, such as batteries and motors. This integrated approach ensures the vehicle has competitive range and agile performance, positioning the model in the European electric vehicle market.

Design and Interior: Technological and Refined Electric SUV

The e-Vitara’s interior features a “digital cockpit with a two-tiered floating console,” incorporating modern technology and design. The redesigned steering wheel, fixed glass sunroof, two-tone soft materials, and multi-colored ambient lighting contribute to a sophisticated experience. The dashboard features an integrated 25.65 cm (10.1-inch) digital display and a 26.04 cm (10.25-inch) multi-information display, highlighting the technology.

The new e-Vitara also provides wireless connectivity and a premium ‘Infinity by Harman’ sound system, promoting an immersive driving environment. e-Vitara’s Motorization and Batteries: Performance and Range

The e-Vitara’s motorization system uses a 3-in-1 unit, integrating the motor, inverter, and transmission. Two battery options are available: a 49 kWh battery powering a 144 hp front motor with 189 Nm of torque; and a 61 kWh battery with a 174 hp front motor and 189 Nm of torque. The 61 kWh battery also offers an all-wheel-drive (AWD) version, adding a 65 hp rear motor, for a combined total of 184 hp and 300 Nm of torque.

While Suzuki hasn’t released official range figures, the 61 kWh battery is expected to provide over 500 km of range, representing a milestone in efficiency and performance in its category. The different battery and drive options reflect Suzuki’s effort to adapt the e-Vitara to the diverse needs and preferences of European consumers.
